Petillant white wine
AREA OF PRODUCTION
YIELD PER HECTARE:
60/70 quintals of grapes per hectare.
The grapes are harvested in picking baskets towards the end of August and beginning of September.
A soft pressing immediately takes place where only the free run wine is extracted, followed by a static clarifying. Followed by the fermentation together with selected yeasts in a stainless steel tanks at a strictly controlled temperature of 16° C. Sparkling is obtained in pressurized stainless steel tanks after second fermentation.
Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Fresh, delicate, and clear, with a bouquet of fresh apples and peaches.
Elegant, harmonious with good structure and lasting persistence.
