70 quintals per hectare.
The must obtained after the crushing de-stemming is briefly macerated with the skins. After clarifying, the must ferments at a controlled temperature of about 15°C to maintain its various fragrances.
For a final ageing and maturation it undergoes a brief passage in wooden barrels.
The fruity aromas of Chardonnay and Riesling are well matched with the Sauvignon aromas; resulting in an ample, fine and elegant bouquet.
The well equilibrated acidity and sapidity together with the smoothness from a slight sugar residue make this wine unique both in harmony and elegance.

Excellent with fish and white meats, excellent throughout any meal.
