The must obtained after the crushing de-stemming is briefly macerated with the skins. After clarifying , the must ferments at a controller temperature of about 15°C to maintain its various fragrances.
A Riesling easily distinguished by the prevailing scents of peaches and floral hints.
The well equilibrated acidity and the mineral content together with the smoothness from a slight sugar residue make this wine unique both in elegance and harmony.
