The must obtained after the crushing de-stemming is briefly macerated with the skins. After clarifying , the must ferments at a controller temperature of about 15°C to maintain its various fragrances.
Fresh, delicate, and clear, with a bouquet of fresh apples and peaches.
Elegant, harmonious with good structure and lasting persistence.

A sparkling wine ideal to drink as an appetiser and indeed throughout any meal, risotto, all kinds of fish and seafood, also excellent with pizza. It is proposed in the lively version.
