Lightly petillant sweet white wine
ZONE OF PRODUCTION
Harvest begins during the first decade of September. A soft pressing is carried out where the free run wine is extracted.
The must obtained ferments in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks (16°) until it reaches about 6° alcohol. Fermentation is blocked by a filtering and refrigeration process. Sparkling is obtained in pressurized stainless steel tanks.
7% ALC/ vol.
straw yellow with golden reflections.
ample bouquet, aromatic, delicate with hints of peaches, citrus fruit and salvia
sweet , harmonic, smooth.
10° – 12°C
