AREA OF PRODUCTION
Moscato, Malvasia, Croatina.
The Muscat and Malvasia are hand picked in crates towards the end of August – the beginning of September. The Croatina harvest is carried out towards the end of September, which is followed
by a soft pressing, where only the free run must is extracted, resulting in a typical rosy colour with amber reflections. The must is then fermented at a controlled temperature 18°C in stainless steel tanks.
Bright pink with purple reflections.
Pronounced bouquet, aromatic with both floral and fruity nuances.
Sweet, harmonious, smooth.
10° C – 12° C
