YIELD
70 quintals of grapes per hectare.
VINIFICATION
A carefully selected harvest is carried out in crates at the end of August or beginning of September. The grapes undergo a soft pressing, the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 18°.
AGEING
The spuma is obtained during the following spring where the wine remains on its lees for at least 6 months to reach an optimal maturation.

VISUAL
Pale straw yellow, fine persistent perlage.
OLFACTIVE
Intense bouquet with hints of fresh apples and white flowers.
TASTE
Elegant, smooth and harmonic.
