VINIFICATION
During the harvest the grapes are hand picked and put into small crates.
The grapes undergo a soft pressing and the free run wine is immediately separated and put into pressurized stainless steel containers before it is bottled. The wine is bottled when still young in order to fully maintain its freshness and vivacity. Exceptional wines are obtained with an unmistakably typical aroma and exceptional fragrance.
